ETIN seminar on IEP: New perspectives on innovation-enhancing procurement in complex adaptive systems

The fourth seminar in the series, organised within ETIN, UNECE’s network for transformative innovation policy, focused on innovation-enhancing procurement (IEP). The aim was to explore different IEP approaches within the framework of third-generation innovation policy, which serves as our shared frame of reference. Led by ETIN members Lina Svensberg and Jakob Lindvall, the interactive discussion addressed how public procurement can be used strategically to drive innovation in complex adaptive systems – with a particular focus on addressing societal challenges.
