Innovation procurement as a catalyst for wastewater circularity – feasibility study from Helsingborg

This Vinnova-funded feasibility study explores how the City of Helsingborg can stimulate circularity with wastewater as a resource and demand as the driving force. Working with RecoLab and the Compare Foundation, the study examined how public procurement can be integrated into innovation processes for industrial and urban symbiosis – using the Demand Acceleration framework. The report includes a Circular Challenge Brief designed to support continued dialogue between public and private actors in the circular value network.
