Extended abstract – Initiating and Scaling Radical Innovations in Healthcare

In this abstract, we test the hypothesis that introducing investment logic into the public procurement process can increase the likelihood of diffusion beyond the first customer, thereby strengthening public procurement’s potential to contribute to transformative innovation.
