For public sector organisations

Introduction to Demand Acceleration

An in-depth dialogue on the approach and methodology, along with the resources available for support. The dialogue also includes suggested next steps based on your organisation’s conditions and needs.

Target group: Public-sector demand owners
Terms: The service is delivered through Health Data Sweden.
Contact: elin.westlund@compare.se

Process facilitation – needs assessment with integrated market scanning

The service covers process facilitation in the initial phase of a procurement-friendly innovation process. In this phase, the public-sector organisation formulates its need as an RFI (Request for Information) based on a joint workshop. The RFI process then generates insights in collaboration with companies that express interest in the challenge, providing new knowledge to inform any future procurement.

Target group: Public-sector demand owners.
Terms: Requires an identified need where the organisation is prepared to invest resources in finding and implementing a solution. The service is delivered through Health Data Sweden.
Contact: elin.westlund@compare.se

Process facilitation – procurement using the Demand Acceleration model

The service provides process facilitation support to those within the procuring organisation who are leading the procurement/innovation process.

Target group: Public-sector demand owners.
Terms: Requires an anchored need where the organisation is prepared to invest resources in finding and implementing a solution, and where there is assessed market potential in a future solution. The service is delivered through Health Data Sweden.

The programme is assembled from modules and services based on needs, sector, and objectives, and is then delivered according to a clear development plan using DigitalWell Ventures’ methodology and ecosystem for rapid implementation and concrete results for participating companies and partners.
