This is where communities and learning environments come together for joint exploration and exchange of experience around how public procurement can drive innovation, collaboration, and development across organisational boundaries.
They differ in focus and format, but share the ambition to develop practice and strengthen the capacity to work innovation-driven in a public context.
These communities currently operate primarily in Swedish, reflecting their roots in the Swedish public sector. International participants are welcome to join, though most activities and meetings are conducted in Swedish. New internationally oriented communities are in development.
The Demand Acceleration Community brings together over 200 people from public-sector demand owners, research environments, and innovation support organisations working with procurement-friendly innovation management.
The community serves as a space for shared learning and the further development of practice. The work takes its starting point in the Demand Acceleration framework, but is not limited to it.
The community is facilitated by DigitalWell Arena and is free of charge.
The learning community for ecosystem development and innovation commons brings together around 60 people from academia, industry, the public sector, and innovation support environments who jointly explore coordinated ecosystem development through the lens of commons and communities — at the intersection of research, policy, and practice.
The learning community is facilitated by DigitalWell Arena and Ideon Science Park and is free of charge.
Each month, four innovative companies present their solutions for the public sector during a one-hour session, followed by discussion and Q&A.
The forum offers public-sector actors a simple, free way to stay on top of market developments, gain new perspectives, and connect with innovative companies — with no purchasing commitment. Public-sector needs can also be presented in the forum to test ideas, identify potential collaborations, and spark new initiatives.
Register once to receive calendar invitations and choose which sessions to attend. After each session, the companies’ presentations are made available for sharing within your organisation.
DigitalWell Innovation Watch is free of charge and facilitated by DigitalWell Ventures.
A community for public-sector mentors who want to contribute to innovation development aimed at public services.
Members serve as hands-on knowledge support to startups in the DigitalWell Ventures programme, bringing insight into public-sector operations, needs, and conditions. The community also provides a space for experience exchange and peer learning among the mentors themselves.
Mentors are matched with relevant startups and invited to joint activities and networking events. Participation is voluntary — each member decides when and how to contribute.
The mentoring community is facilitated by DigitalWell Ventures.
